Shipping

Renaître ships via express courier services worldwide and offers a tracked delivery service for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for order processing during launch and sale periods.

Customs & Duties

  • Our prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
  • Beginning August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US $800. This means all shipments, including those from Canada, will incur duties and taxes.
  • These charges are set by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier upon delivery.
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • As these fees vary by country, Renaître is unable to provide an estimate. For the most accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office or carrier.
  • Please note: Renaître is not responsible for customs delays or holding times once your order has been dispatched.
  • Packages that are refused, undeliverable, or abandoned cannot be refunded.
  • Once your order has been shipped and is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled.
