Returns
We want you to love your Renaître scarf, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the scarf must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags and care card)
Process
- Email us at info@renaitreworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days once your return is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes unless the scarf is defective or incorrect.
- Please note that we are unable to accept returns on scarves that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Care Instructions
Please follow the care instructions found on the care label and product page. We do not offer warranties on our items.
